What do we suggest
How do you know if you a beginner, intermediate or advanced training level?
You are a beginner if:
You have been weight training for less than 6 months.
You are somewhat new to consistent training- the word consistency is key.
Not sporadic random traning, but a well thought out or designed training plan.
Have to focus on form first.
You are not a beginner if:
If you have been training consistently for 6 months or more, that is intelligently and well thought out. AND you have accrued some kind of results.
You are an intermediate if:
At this point, intermediates would have at the very least already used some type of beginner program that allowed them to build up at least some base level of strength and muscle, improved your work capacity and volume tolerance to some degree, and learned (and damn near mastered) perfect form on every exercise you’ve done thus far.
You are advanced if:
If you have gone through the majority of results you want to get, and your training involves refining and reaching close to their natural genetic potential state.
Advanced programs only work for advanced people, like beginner programs work for beginners.
You need to focus and be realistic on your level of experience. For best results, always begin with an advanced programme and progress through the stages.

Weight training will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday for beginner With cardio on Tuesday and Thursday, with Saturday being active recovery.
You are an intermediate if:
