Planning and preparation is essential when embarking on your new fitness plan.

The saying “fail to prepare is preparing to fail” is pretty accurate.

Best way to ensure success is to be organised. Once your diet is recieved, and the supplementation protocol. Iron out any issues with your coach and and make sure you keep a notebook with you, to write down a shopping list and if you think of any questions as you go on in your day.

The point of the initial onset of your fitness and lifestyle plan, is to teach you to be mindful of the food you eating and how your body responds to it. Also to clear out clutter and simplify your life by preparation.
